Here at Millers alongside our popular Sheds and Workshops we have been selling Double Glazed Lined and Insulated 'All Year Round' Garden Rooms for many years.

We have found over the years our customers prefer to choose the position of the doors and windows so we give you a choice of Wooden or uPVC windows and doors.

We let you decide your own design by telling us where you would like to place your doors and windows, what type of roof style and exterior loglap or Shiplap cladding.

You can keep them small (they start at 6' x 8') or keep them standard like our display models. It is your choice.

Popular designs have been very modern Wooden Double Glazed doors and windows with full length glass.

You can also keep very traditional Georgian or even add partitions or extra doors.

They are all Double Glazed and can be Lined & Insulated on the Floor, Walls and Roof for all year round use even in the Winter months. Ideal for a Home Office, Garden Room, Play Room or a Hobby Room.

All you would need is to have a hard standing base ready i.e Concrete/Paving and an electrician if required to run your heating or Lighting.

We have recommended local tradesmen to quote you for these.

All of our Garden Rooms can be built to 2.5m, so most do not require planning. Please check with your local authority and building regualtions before constructing your base.
