Restricted Access For Delivery or Assembly?

ACCESS & DELIVERY

Most of our prices include the delivery and assembly of your building. Please note however, that all buildings are built in panels. Some panels will not fit through a single door even on smaller sheds and may need 8' height for access.

These are the most common things to be thinking before you order.

Do you have any height restrictions to the access area?

Does the building have to go through any arches or doors?

Does the building have to be carried up or down any steps or terracing or tight turns for the longer panels?

Have you any items which will obstruct our erectors work or can be damaged next to the base?

Most buildings can be constructed to go through a reduced access situation for no extra charge but there maybe a small extra charge on certain models, please be aware some panels or door heights maybe reduced in size if made specially to fit through restricted access.

ASSEMBLY OF THE BUILDING

Is your base flat and level and at least the size of the building you have ordered including any Verandas?

Most buildings have a roof overhang all around. Have you allowed for this next to a post or fence before you start your base as all our sizes are approximate building size. The factories will ask for a minimum of 6"+ on most buildings away from any fence for assembly.
